The Price is Right……for Drew Carey
CBS has announced that comedian Drew Carey will take over the reigns from decrepit old game show wonder Bob Barker. Carey confirmed the announcement on a taped segment of the Late Show saying
“I realize what a big responsibility this is. It’s only a game show, but it’s the longest-running game show in American television and I plan to keep it that way.”
With the announcement of the hire, much of the major hype about the replacement for Barker can end. Celebrities such as Rosie O’Donnell and Ryan Seacrest where rumored to be in the running.
Man, I’m just glad that loud mouth bag of wind Seacrest…..uh I mean O’Donnell didn’t get the job!

It’s a rather lame show for Drew Carey to be on…guess he needs money.
Besides, the prices are never realistic on that show, it’s just a big commercial to make you think you’re getting such a great deal at your own local markup store.
Yeah, I agree Infe. Regardless, I wish they would have had a CGI Bob Barker, though.
